What is wash and fold?
Wash and fold laundry is a service where professionals take care of your laundry chores from start to finish. This includes your everyday laundry items like clothing, towels, and sheets—essentially, anything you'd typically wash at home.
Wash and Fold Process:
After your laundry is collected, our drivers transport it to our laundry facility, where upon arrival it is scanned and tagged with any preferences, cleaning notes or specific instructions.
Next, your laundry is sorted and any visible stains are pre-treated. You laundry is expertly cleaned, folded, packaged and prepared for delivery back to you.
Your laundry is never mixed with other orders and through each step the machines are tagged and monitored.
When your clothes are clean and fresh, one of our drivers will return them nicely folded and packaged to your designated location within 24-48hours.

How do I start?
Create your laundry account by downloading our app for either iOS or Android devices. If you do not want to download the app, you can still order online. Enter your contact information, set your cleaning preferences, note any special instructions and detail your preferred location for pick up and delivery. Add your payment information, and schedule a time for us to pick up your clothes.
Do I need to separate my laundry?

You do not need to sort your laundry. We will do it for you. (Darks - Cold wash, Colors -Warm wash, Whites-Hot Water wash)
However, there are benefits to sorting yourself prior to pick up:
1. You will see if you have enough of one type (e.g. a full load of whites) to send or whether you should hold it until your next pick up
2. It will help you to catch dry clean only items mixed in.
3. Sorting gives you one last opportunity to check your pockets.
Sorting your laundry gives you the final decision on how you would like to have your garments laundered.
But don't worry, if you don't sort it we will sort it for you.

How do I bag my laundry?
On first order, pack your dirty laundry in disposable or re-usable bags that close. (so nothing falls out in the delivery van) Garbage bags will do. Please do not send your laundry in hampers or on hangers. You may also purchase one of our re-usable bags online. If you are a recurring or subscription customer, your laundry will be returned in one of our Fresh Laundry Company bags free of charge.

How long does it take?
We pick up and drop off Sunday through Friday.
Our turn around time for wash and fold is 24 hours (longer for high volume orders). Keeping in mind we do not currently pick up or drop off on Saturdays. Rush orders (same day) are offered Monday - Friday ($30 Rush fee will apply).
Upon booking you can pick your delivery time around what works best for your schedule.

Do I need to be home?
There is no need to be home for your scheduled pickup and delivery. Many people prefer to just leave their clothes out for our drivers. If you have any notes on where to collect your clothes (ex. porch, garage, office reception, etc.) please include those in your order notes. These notes help guarantee that all pickups and deliveries are successful. We will text/email you when the pick up/drop off is made.
How will my clothes be packed?
We have mastered the art of Laundry! Not only do we pack like we are playing Tetris, everything fits perfectly and artfully together, but we carefully sort similar items into separate bags, making it easy for you to put them directly into your drawers. Shirts go with shirts, pants with pants, kids' clothes with kids' clothes, and so on. Your wash and fold items are returned neatly folded and ready to be put away.

How do most people use a Laundry Service?

Many families use Fresh Laundry Company weekly, which helps them to get into a regular rotation of 1-2 bags per week. But we also have many who like to let their laundry pile up and have one bigger order per month. Some like to use it occasionally when their laundry has gotten away from them, and they need to catch up. Some send in their bed linens, duvets, blankets and towels during their seasonal deep clean. Or upon returning from a vacation or cottage.
Laundry delivery is a huge time saver and everyone can use a little help lightening the load.
