Is there a minimum order for pickup and delivery?

Yes. Pickup and delivery laundry and dry cleaning orders have a $45 minimum plus tax. Orders can combine per-pound laundry, dry cleaning, and individually priced items.

Where is my laundry washed?

All laundry is washed in-house at our laundromat at 250 Queen Street in Kingston. We never outsource laundry orders.

Never. Every customer order is washed separately, labelled, and tracked throughout the process.

What is the turnaround time?

In-store drop-off laundry is usually ready within 24 hours and often the same day. Pickup and delivery wash and fold is usually 24 hours. Dry cleaning typically takes 2 to 4 business days.

Wash & Go is $1.25 per pound, Wash & Fold is $2.25 per pound, and pickup & delivery is $2.75 per pound. Bulky items are priced individually.
