What is the difference between Dry Cleaning and Launder and Press?
Traditional (dry) cleaners offer these two different treatment services to clean your clothes. But what's the difference between launder press and dry cleaning?

Dry Cleaning involves using non-water-based solvents to remove stains and odors from clothing. The garments are not soaked in water but are treated with these specialized solvents, and then each piece is pressed. Dry cleaning is suitable for delicate fabrics (e.g., silk, wool, cashmere) and garments with “dry clean only” labels. It helps preserve the fabric’s quality and shape. Choose dry cleaning for suits, dresses, sweaters, and other high-end clothing that require professional stain removal and preservation.
Launder & Press involves using water and detergent in a commercial-grade washing machine. The clothes are soaked, agitated, and then individually pressed. They emerge slightly damp. Laundering is suitable for most fabrics like cotton, polyester, denim, and linen. It effectively removes sweat, oils, and dirt. Laundering is generally more sustainable, especially with eco-friendly detergents. It consumes less energy and water compared to dry cleaning. Launder and press for dress shirts, blouses, everyday wear, and items not labeled "dry clean only".

How do I start?
Create your laundry account by downloading our app for either iOS or Android devices. If you do not want to download the app, you can still order online. Enter your contact information, set your cleaning preferences, note any special instructions and detail your preferred location for pick up and delivery. Add your payment information, and schedule a time for us to pick up your clothes.

How do I bag my dry cleaning?
Our driver will have a bag to put your dry cleaning in. Please do not send your dry cleaning in hampers or on hangers. You may also purchase one of our re-usable bags online.

How long does it take?
We pick up and drop off Sunday through Friday.
Dry cleaning orders are delivered within 48-96 hours of pickup. (Business days) Exceptions apply for specialty items and large-volume orders. If your dry cleaning is picked up on a Thursday it will not be returned until Monday at the earliest.
Upon booking you can pick your delivery time around what works best for your schedule.
How much does it cost?
Dry Cleaning Pick up and Delivery costs the same as it does in store, with no delivery fee! ($40 minimum order) For our full pricelist see below. Please give us a call if you are unsure or your item is unlisted.

Do I need to be home?
There is no need to be home for your scheduled pickup and delivery. Many people prefer to just leave their dry cleaning out for our drivers. If you have any notes on where to collect your clothes (ex. porch, garage, office reception, etc.) please include those in your order notes. These notes help guarantee that all pickups and deliveries are successful. We will text/email you when the pick up/drop off is made.
