What is Wash & Fold?
Wash & Fold is our full-service laundry option where we handle the sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packaging for you. Perfect for everyday laundry like clothing, towels, sheets, and more.
Our Process
After pickup, your laundry is transported to our facility, where it’s checked in, tagged, and matched to your account preferences and special instructions.
Your items are sorted, visible stains are pre-treated when possible, and your laundry is professionally cleaned, dried, neatly folded, and packaged drawer-ready for delivery.
Your order is never mixed with other customers’ laundry, and every step is carefully tracked by our team.
Fresh, clean, drawer-ready laundry is returned to your home or business within 24–48 hours.

How do I start?
Create your laundry account by downloading our app for iOS or Android, or simply order online—no app required.
Set your contact information, laundry preferences, pickup and delivery details, payment method, and any special instructions. Then schedule your first pickup, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do I need to separate my laundry?

Nope—we’ll sort your laundry for you based on colours and washing requirements.
If you prefer to sort it yourself before pickup, there are a few benefits:

You may notice you only have enough of one type (for example, a full load of whites) and choose to wait until your next pickup.

You can remove any dry-clean-only items that may have been mixed in by mistake.

It’s a great chance to check pockets for forgotten items.
If you do sort your laundry, please label any separated bags clearly with your washing preferences or any specific care instructions.

How do I bag my laundry?
On your first order, place your dirty laundry in any disposable or reusable bags that can be securely closed.
Please do not send laundry in hampers or on hangers.
Need a reusable option? Fresh Laundry Company laundry bags are available for purchase online. Recurring and subscription customers will have their laundry returned in one of our branded reusable bags at no extra charge.

How long does it take?
Our standard wash & fold turnaround is 24 hours (longer for larger or high-volume orders).
Pickup and delivery service is available Sunday through Friday. We do not currently offer pickups or deliveries on Saturdays.
Need it faster? Same-day rush service may be available Monday–Friday for an additional $30 fee.
When booking, you can choose a pickup and delivery time that works best for your schedule.

Do I need to be home?
Nope! You do not need to be home for scheduled pickup or delivery.
Many customers simply leave their laundry in a designated location, such as a porch, garage, or office reception. If you have specific pickup or drop-off instructions, just include them in your order notes when booking.
We’ll notify you by text or email once your pickup or delivery is complete.
How will my clothes be packed?
Neatly, thoughtfully, and drawer-ready.
We sort similar items together into separate bags whenever possible—shirts with shirts, pants with pants, kids’ clothes with kids’ clothes—making it easy to put everything away when it arrives.
Your wash & fold laundry is returned freshly cleaned, neatly folded, and ready to go straight from bag to drawer.
