Once we collect your order, it’s checked in at our facility, tagged, and matched to your account preferences, care instructions, and special requests.
We sort your items, pre-treat visible stains where possible, professionally clean and dry everything, then neatly fold and package your order for delivery.
Your laundry is handled separately from other customers’ orders and carefully tracked throughout the entire process.
Fresh, drawer-ready laundry is returned to your home or business within 24–48 hours.
